We were approached by our clients to help them fulfil their brief - to build a home that was not only energy efficient and full of character, but cost effective as well. Hughes boasts a passive solar design that enhances sustainability and creates a unique living experience.

Space efficient where needed, and expansive where it matters, the three bedroom, two bathroom home flows exceptionally well. A combination of gable ended and flat roof structures, external timber and painted brickwork gives the home a feeling of warmth and subtlety.
